The N-Trusted Group includes a highly experienced roofing division led by a key member of our team. Steve Rose has 40 years of experience as a roofing contractor, having operated his own business in South London for many years before joining N-Trusted as our in-house roofing specialist. Steve and his team can undertake any roofing work required on any building & any type of roof, be it domestic, public, educational, ecclesiastical or commercial.
For roofing & gutter surveys N-Trusted utilises the latest drone technology. This is legally piloted in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority (C.A.A.) regulations & guidelines for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) in the UK, & with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. If desired by a client we can utilise this facility to provide them with high resolution photos/quality video footage, showing our work before & after. We have used this facility to advantageous effect with several retirement housing contracts. It has allowed us to show elderly residents, whose service charges often fund maintenance work on their buildings, the results of work that has been organised by management organisations & house managers on their behalf, in areas that they would otherwise not see.
N-Trusted owns its own powered access platforms, whereas most companies are obliged to hire in this machinery or use hired in scaffolding. These costs are invariably passed onto their clients. Steve Rose is IPAF qualified & he and his team frequently use our access machinery for roofing maintenance in order to avoid the necessity for intrusive & disruptive scaffolding having to be erected around your premises. Our tracked access working platform will pass easily through the average garden gate or doorway. N-Trusted’s investment in such machinery enables our team to undertake many roofing jobs quickly, safely & at a very competitive price; given we are not reliant on the extra costs of hired in machinery, associated delivery costs & the hire of non-working IPAF operators & scaffolding companies.
