In an industry characterised by very low rates of pay, N-Trusted has put its head above the parapet and made an emphatic decision to never pay its directly employed staff anything less than the Living Wage, as determined every November by The Living Wage Foundation. Currently (and until Nov. 2015) this is £9.15 per hour in London & £7.85 per hour outside London. Who we can trust
All of our staff undergo a rigorous vetting procedure before they are employed by us. We only take on staff legally entitled to work in the UK. All staff are DBS checked & those who may come into contact with children and vulnerable adults must undergo & pass enhanced checks before they are allowed on a site where they may have contact with vulnerable persons. This is in accordance with N-Trusted’s own written Safeguarding Policy document.

Trained, motivated & loyal
We provide recognised training courses for our employees with organisations such as the National Carpet Cleaners Association (N.C.C.A.) & the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc). Training is always paid for by N-Trusted. Certification/accreditation is always in the employee’s own name rather than the company’s. We strive to promote from within our organisation where possible, so as to motivate and encourage staff to remain with us for many years & to promote the clear understanding that a career path is possible with N-Trusted.
Delivering a service we are proud of
N-Trusted carries out regular appraisals/audits of our staff & their work with help from their supervisors & managers. This is always a two way process to ensure that they are happy & feel valued by us too. We provide suitable smart uniforms which our staff are not expected to pay for & we produce a quarterly newsletter for staff. A member of staff is always awarded ‘employee of the month’ with a thank you bonus & our regular newsletters acknowledge these awards & those team members who have received that recognition for their work. We know that if our staff members feel they are treated fairly and with the utmost respect by N-Trusted, they will in turn deliver a service to our clients for which we can proud. .
